White spots on Lumia 640xl Dual Sim screen,only visible when on a white/light background

White spots on Lumia 640xl Dual Sim screen, I have noticed two small spots as of now, I visited the service centre here in India no replacement screen available before a month, I was wondering what should I do should I ignore this issue . I'm worried it might guess worse if I continue to use like this only, someone with a similar issue please help me out on what I should do.

Ive read a similar about a similar issue with Lumia 1520, Can someone please tell me what causes this.

I really take good care of my phone. This is my first Lumia and am very disappointed with this issue.

in a month replace screen, problem solved
if Microsoft make 1.000.000 Lumia 640, it is normal that some device have defect, that's why Microsoft give you warranty
