WPCentral Question

I've updated it to windows 10 and that failed to correct anything, while I know its not a massive issue it is very irritating and I've spent a lot of money and would like a working device. I'm ready to trade it in for a Mac book at this rate.

You do realise that you're still within the warranty period, don't you?

If the time/date are drifting more than expected, then there might be a fault in the device. You should be able to get it replaced easily.

Agreed - you're well within your rights to get a replacement! Don't even ask. It may be a simple thing as a software issue or it could be the boss of maybe hardware... Either way you paid for a device that should work! Exercise your consumer rights with authority ;)
