Re: Why my phone goes blank while calling

The phone has a proximity sensor that's supposed to disable the screen when you put the phone up to your ear to talk (to prevent your ear or face from accidentally pushing buttons while you're talking on the phone). My guess is either you have a screen protector on your phone that's interfering with this sensor, or maybe you just need to restart the phone. Have you tried rebooting to see if this clears up this problem? (hold the power and volume down buttons together for about 10 seconds until the phone vibrates)...

If the problem persists, you may need to do a hard reset. (Settings - about - reset your phone) This will restore your phone to factory settings, so make sure you do a backup first.

Also, another problem I've noticed, is your Caps Lock key seems to be stuck ;)
