Why even after putting my Lumia 630 for charging for 4 hours, it just charges up to 10%?

I bought Lumia 630 before 8 months. The is not charging.

Make sure you are using both the cable and the charger that came with your phone. If the problem remains, try a hard reset. If it still remains, you'll need to contact your Nokia care centre.
