Why does my PC now not recognise the sdhc card

I have a Lenovo Ideacentre all in one touchscreen pc with internal dvd, usb and sdhc card reader - but it has not recognised any of these since the Windows 10 upgrade. How do I now download photos from the card from my camera?

I'd first check Lenovo's site for any new drivers:

Products - Lenovo Support (US)

Then, check for updates for Windows 10 in Settings/Update&Security

You can also check each of these devices by right clicking on the Start button, selecting Device Manager, and see if there's any issues with these installed devices. If there's a problem, there will usually be a yellow exclamation mark next to the device in the list. Here, you can also manually update driver software (if a newer driver exists) by expanding the device category and right clicking on the device in question.
