In my windows XP PC nokia recovery tools is not installing and telling that

"the specified program requires a newer version of windows" this telling when I installing the nokia recovery tools. What can i do?

Sorry to say this but it's telling you exactly what you need to do, upgrade to a newer version of Windows.
