I have some queries.
1. Can external keyboard and mouse be used with Microsoft Lumia 535?
2. If yes, how it can be installed?
3. Can I use Sony CP/ V5 Power bank for charging that device?

if it has update 2 yes you can, as any Bluetooth device, nothing should be installed
for the charging i'm not sure, you need to look for that

Go to settings->about to see the version of win 8.1 that you have

You cannot easily get Update 2 at this time. So I would not bother yet.
Windows 10 will support those devices as well, so depending on the amount of risk you're willing to take on, you may want to try Insider. but you may have to erase the phone, etc.

If the charger plugs in, it should be fine for the most part, as long asits mean to be a charger for phones.
