Why can't I install build 10166 on my Nokia 920?

I can't install build 10166 in my nokia 920

I recently purchased the phone as a replacement for my damaged 929, and have tried repeatedly to update it. I did another hard reset and chose start new instead of restore on the phone page. I chose slow on the insider app. Is this the problem?

Yes, u should choose fast on the insider program to receive the latest build.

The fast ring takes you to 10166.If you choose to use the insider app on this it will then take u to 10512
