Why am I unable to open PDF files?

I cannot open pdf files

I cannot open pdf files from my health insurance now since I have updated to Windows 10...Is there a fix for this? It appears many others are having this problem.

On a page with problems, select the option (... menu) and "Open with Internet Explorer". Edge opens PDFs files with its own viewer which apparently doesn't support all PDFs. Using IE will work around this until they fix it.
