I rest my Nokia Limia 822 and I can't get my contacts back

I backed up all my apps and setting I thought. I've got everything back except my contacts.

Contacts typically Sync with an email account - e.g. Outlook.com/gmail. So check online in those for where it is and then in the Phone/Accounts, make sure Contacts sync is checked.
