What happens when Insider Preview concludes October 1st?

I have yet to upgrade to Win10 for mobile; although I think I will this next build. But will I be able to after next week/month? Apparently we'll be getting notifications to get to the latest build on the 15th, and it'll officially close the 1st of October? I'm confused. Thanks!

I guess it means that when the latest build arrives we will be asked to download W10M RTM after that W10M insider won't work anymore!
Just guessing!

I have doubts too!

New builds will have newer expiration date. The insider program will continue. From the insider perspective, nothing will change.
