Why doesnt my store want to open?

I just bought my laptop a few days ago, and now my store doesn't want to open for anything. Before the problem was that it didn't let me download anything, it wouldn't let me see and app so I can download it. Now I restarted my computer and the store just doesn't want to open. Every time I open it says "The server stumbled. Page could not be loaded. Please try again later." It says that every time I open it. I already tried the C:\user_name\appdata\loca\packages\microsoft.windowsstore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\localcache but my folder was empty. Then I tried the ask Cortana CMD and then for the command prompt to scan my systems with sfc /scannow but it didn't work either. Is there any other method to do it. I getting pissed of because it doesn't work and I Just bought it a few days ago when I say few I mean 4 says ago.
