Is there a app that similiar to Windows' Find my Phone that can track in China?

I know I can log into my device online and track my phone online to see where it is but is there a similiar 3rd party app that can be used to locate my phone online while its in China? the problem with the window's own find my phone app is that it can't track anywhere outside the US.
