    I have followed the forum thread "STORE APPS ARE PENDING" and tried all suggestions eg: switching off automatic date and times, changing wifi access, holding off button for ten seconds to reset, unchecked my location setting. these things worked for some of your members but not for me. Are there any other suggestions please.

    Also what does "Error CODE 80860010" mean, most of the apps that won`t download seem to come with this message?

    Just wait some time. It always happens to newly bought phone. I don't know why it is like that but it happens. I've had 3 Lumias already (900, 925 and now 930) and all of then had this thing. Just give it some time. Try restarting download from time to time and it should go away.
