    my laptop configuration is windows 10 pro, processor: intel core (i3), RAM: 4 gb usable (3.89 gb), system type: 64 bit. i want improve my ram from 4 to 6 gb, so is there any effect on doing this

    What do you mean by "effect" first?
    Improvements? Depends on the usage. If you use games and fairly heavy programs, you'll have some improvement.

    Depends. More RAM is always nice but will you notice a difference? Depends on your usage.

    It certainly won't hurt though, and is an upgrade.

    The biggest difference may be using an SSD.

    Depends. If your ram is now in dual channel (2x2gb) adding one of 2gb will make it run in single channel. Some people says this actually donwgrades performance, some says it doesn't.
    Best bet is to add 4morr gigs or even better exchange your HDD woth SSD. SSD will speed up your PC much more than 2gb of ram. My pc is like new with SSD
