    I have attempted to update my software as prompted about 6 times - got this message at every attempt. Tried re-installing from scratch - very troublesome, lost a lot of stuff and yet the same problem. What's going on? Thinking of defecting to Android. Worse is recent update of Nere Maps and Drive has rendered this App unworkable on this phone.
