At first I was able to type chinese and korean after downloading windows 10, but recently i think after an update, all languages are 'not compatible with this edition of windows' or 'not available in my region' D:

Try to change the language from setting. Then add it again

    ...after downloading windows 10...
Was this an upgrade? Or a clean install?

Did you get it free or pay for a new copy?

If upgrade -did you upgrade a single language install? If purchased, did you purchase only a single language install?
