I can't install app from sd card

I am not able to install app from sd card because install local app option not showing in store what should i do ????

If the install local app option does not show in the store, it's because of one of two reasons.
#1: You placed the app in the wrong location on your SD card. Place it in the downloads folder.
#2: The app may have been removed from the store. You can only install an app from the SD card if it is legitimately available from the store.

If it is a discontinued app, you won't be able to install it.

But now we can't download apps from the pc site doesn't show download to pc option so from where we should we download

You'll have to install it directly from the store from your phone now. There is not, at this time, a way to download for offline install. I do not know if this is coming back or not.
