Why i can't download apps from wm10 store?

Hi everyone! I 'm here to get help from u guys . So here's my problem. It's been almost a month that i can't download a single app from wm10 app store. Whenever i try to install an app an error comes everytime(0x80242021). I thought maybe upgrading to latest build will solve that problem . But lack of space on my phone memory is stopping me and my whatsapp is taking 500 mb space so i thought i will delete whatsapp and install the latest build and then again install whatsapp. And now I'm. On latest build i.e. 10036.1004 and really ****ed up. I still can't download any app . Now my WhatsApp is also gone. So guys please help me . N u know living without whatapp is how difficult.. I also want to avoid hard reset if i can so guys pls help..

You have to hard reset your device and give it a fresh start... Radical but effective solution that will fix all or at least most of the problems you are facing with..

Thank u Teo Bartulovic .. i want to avoid hard reset but now i too think it is the only option ..

It is anyway highly suggestible to make a fresh start after update to new TP build, backup your device and just do it
