Windows 10 hasn't installed properly
I can't get any settings, the button is on the start menu but I just get a white flash on the screen when i select it. I have typed 'settings' in the search bar and get a settings menu but most of the choices also just give the white screen flash. This means I cannot go back to Windows 7 which I would dearly love to do.
