I only have one problem from windows that why you are not making a perfect applock which can work not only on tiles but on the app also.

Well if you want a messaging app like WhatsApp that can lock your chats perfectly than use hike messaging app......

1. We are not Microsoft nor do we have a direct hand in developing Windows.

2. There are plenty of features to be added, an "app lock" is but one of too many.

3. Third parties cannot meddle with other apps for now - can you say Ransomware?
