How can I use a portable charger for my Surface rt?

I have a Perma Charger PC-102. It charges everything from cameras to music players however I can't charge the Surface because there is nothing to attach it too-I think. I also think I spent a whole lot of money for nothing.

The charger comes with several interfaces but nothing I can use for my Surface RT.

This is just about to drive me crazy.

The plug in the Surface tablets except the non-Pro 3 has been proprietary.

You'll most likely need to find something with a wall plug.

Thanks-I plug the perma charger in the wall plug to charge it.
I plug the Surface into a wall plug to charge it.

I though there was a way to use it as a back up power supply-that is what perma charger is for.

Guess I was wrong.
