i hardly log in so i forget my password but i need to log in now to get updates so pliz help

Did you set up an alternative email account or your mobile number so you can change the password?

There's a link that says 'Can't access your account?', click that.

If you can't work it through that then you pretty much SOL.

You'll have to create a new account and switch to it.
