overheating lumia 1020 after microsoft repair

my lumia 1020 stopped working suddenly. It had become very hot earlier that day, then it switched off and wouldn't charge (tried multiple chargers and wouldnt be visible when plugged into computer either) As it was under warranty i sent it off- it has now come back repaired, but since switching it on it has become red hot, particularly round the camera and middle of the phone. its like putting your hand on a car bonnet thats been sitting in the sun all day. should i send it back to them again- surely it cant be good for the phone to get that hot?

Try a soft reset... If that doesn't work a hard reset... Alternatively check if your battery is draining a lot now and if so check in settings what app is causing drain the most and uninstall / reinstall it...
