how can I use my nokia lumia as a dictaphone to dictate things on to my laptop?

Laptop is on windows 7.
Lumia not sure which model but middle of the range and brand new (sept 2015)
particularly interested in dictating long documents into Word.
I have got speech recognition enabled on the phone.

Windows 10 Mobile will allow you to speak into a Word document on the phone itself. Just save the resulting document to OneDrive and you'll be able to access it on your laptop.

Bear in mind that punctuation/formatting will need to be done manually.
