Why isn't my Adobe working after returning back to Windows 7?

adobe not working after returning back to windows 7

I downloaded Windows 10 and had several issues regarding videos and my hp printer not working. So I went back to Windows 7. Prior to going back to Windows 7 I downloaded AdobeDC and it worked fine. However, when I returned back to Windows 7, I found that Adobe DC is no longer working. I tried reinstalling it again and said that it is on my computer but not accessible. I am at a loss at what to do to correct the issue.

Try PDF X-change viewer. It's has more options than DC
