Buy 830 now or wait for new gen phones?

Long story short, display broke on my 820 and I'm going to replace it anyway, but I can also get a 830 for 156? on contract now. Is it worth getting the 830, now that it's almost 1 year old, or should I rather wait for MS to announce new gen devices with W10M?

I would probably wait and reevaluate your options in the future. I'm not sure that price on-contract is the best.
