    What app are you using? If this is the generic Mail program, try using outlook.com to get past your blocking issue. Then once you aren't scrambling, do the "reboot computer, see if all upgrades are installed, machine & application, etc. I too had some Mail app issues, but haven't experienced any in a few weeks.
