    Not quite sure what U want to do but you can easily access your photos by connecting your phone via USB cable or via WiFi by using apps such as Air Transfery or get it from your OneDrive if you have enabled sync or upload it anywhere else by hitting sharing button...

    You can do that using pre-installed File Explorer. Just select desired photos from This Device and transfer them onto the SD Card. Also you want to make sure all future photos will be stored there, so go to Storage Sense, SD, and choose to store your Camera Roll photos on SD.
