Will Microsoft Notification Center call to say someone is trying to hack your computer?

We are continually getting a call say security measure needs to be taken as someone is trying to hack our computer. It is always a foreign speaking person.

No, they will NEVER call and in fact the person calling is the one trying to hack your computer. Block the number if you can and maybe even involve law enforcement.
