    Ok I have Windows 10 downloaded it about 7-8 days ago not sure but every time I turn my laptop on it won't boot up its soooo slow and if I try to reset it to an earlier time it freezes up its to slow to do anything I can do ctrl+alt+delete if it helps ? I've logged out logged in restarts it the hard way and if I try to go on a game or anything if it does load up its to slow it just shows the waiting cursor and if you rush it AT ALL it will bring me to a brown screen "maybe the brown screen cause my background or task bar" but why is it doing this and how do I fix it Please help I just bough spin tires the game oh and it's started freezing when I downloaded AVG Anti virus cause I ran out of anti virus a while ago so I might have a virus but I cleaned it before it started doing this SO PLEASE HELP ME and why

    Bad or slow hard drive, bad or weak ram. GET RID OF AVG.

    Try doing a clean install of windows 10 from media on boot up.Backup your files and erase everything.Start fresh.
