    Is it fair to say:
    Microsoft's strategy is to develop apps for Android, tempt users, deliver below
    par performance and then make Android a scapegoat by saying the apps works well on Windows platform?

    Or Microsoft is genuinely interested in promoting Android platform?

    Basically, Microsoft is a Software company. Why not take advantage of an open market. It's all about making money.
