Windows Central Question

Clean installed Windows 10 to my former XP desktop. Now Windows 10 Settings tab includes only 5/7 tabs, as "WiFi" and "Flight Mode" tabs are missing. How to mend this bug and get both tabs into Settings list? Until tab comes normally there, I cannot get wireless connection. Please help me soon.

Are you talking about the quick settings in the notification center in Windows 10? Check to see if the drivers are installed by going to the device manger ( Windows Key + X and select device manager). If there are any driver bangs (!) it's likely the driver isn't installed or is having issues.
