    pc's dont power off for them selves. it's most likely sleeping.

    what makes u think it is powering off?

    It sounds to me like it's waking itself up because it's detecting an input on the mouse or keyboard. If it's a wireless mouse, turn if off when you put your PC to sleep. If it's wired, just make sure it is sitting on a matte surface that won't reflect light in a way that the mouse would consider it to be movement (my desk's surface is shiny, so the mouse occasionally tracks weird on this surface).

    Make sure there isn't anything against the keyboard that could be triggering a keyboard input.
