My Samsung Ativ-S failed to hard reset, what should I do?

My samsung Ativ-S fail to hard reset

The phone that I like so much, got into flight mode and fail to respond to hard reset with the keys and by the procedure of
Pushing the butt through the sequence I found in the net.

I am looking for a software to download to my PC and try to control
It from there and factory reset it, but I can't find any.

Samsung seem to do the less they can to support, as if the deliberately wants to make the windows based phone out of the market and in the rip official service center they said they can't help and that I should think of replace it.

Please advise if anyone can give any tip.
