How do I do clean up of an app that didn't completely uninstall?

How do a clean up an app that didn't completely uninstall

Been running Waze on my 928 for a long time. Yesterday after the loading build 10581, Waze wouldn't open. I uninstalled it and the icon in the Start menu is now gone, but the tile is there and it is still listed in the app list (without icon).
Any way to clean this up?

Try reinstalling and (re)uninstalling the app.
