Why isn't my phone storage Option visible?

my phone storage Option is not visible

After Updating My phone to 10581 build Phone storage option is not visible Memory card name also showing some Japanese language

This is one of the known bug in 10581, the storage is currently broken

Not only that, but after reverting back to 8.1 it corrupted my SD card and I had to format it 3 times to get it to work again.
