Why do I keep getting "stream decoding error" on my phone when listening to digital radio

I listen to digital radio stations on my phone, however lately I keep getting "stream decoding error" and the connection to the station stops.....I then reconnect to the station and it goes through the 'buffering' stage all over again to connect....but only for a few minutes.....I did not have this problem until recently....sometimes it goes through the 'buffering' stage repeatedly...

It is very annoying because I listen to radio stations all the time...

Any suggestions greatly appreciated..

This problem occurs whether the phone is connected to the internet via my phone or through ADSL at home...
