Why doesn't Windows phone update time?

Why doesnt WIndows phone update time?

Daylight savings time is over - my windows phone however doesn't get it. It still shows DST. All date and time switches set to automatic.
Instead of the time it switched my time zone from Pacific to Mountain. Seriously? I'm so ready to ditch Microsoft out of my life and switch to reliable software from Apple or Google.

My phone, and all of my family's Windows Phones updated properly.

What is your phone? What version of Windows Phone is on your device? What is your carrier?

Your phone should be reading the time off your cellular network.

No issues with my Computer, Tablet, Phone or Wearable all running Microsoft Software during the end of DST. My in-laws 2 Windows Phones switched without issue as well or I surely would have had them calling me for help...

You can also make sure you have set your time to update Automatically. This may help. I have auto update and my time is right.
