How can I create more free memory in my Nokia N97 ?

[Windows Central Question]

I deleted already various data and games. Now I have 4 MB memory left in C: Still not enough. So I tried to delete the Qt program family (altogehter about 12 MB) with the program manager. That failed. Reason given: Not enough memory for the installation!!! What? I don't want to install, I want to de-install! What else can I do to create more free space in C: ? Thanks.

Have you tried a custom firmware?
