Re: what is error code 805a8011 and how to get rid of it?
my phone is telling me error code 805a8011 every time i try to open my store help me please.
This can be two things usually
Check that there is enough storage in the phone, at least 200MB free
Second, check your internet connection - if it's too unstable or slow, store will throw this error
You can also try a restart of the phone and attempting again. Furthermore, check that your account is okay - sync it in emails and accounts
