Why I cannot run an application with right-click and "run as administrator"

Hello there,
I am using windows 10-64bit; and have an application that runs well on administrator account, but I cannot run it on a non-administrator account, even with right-click and "run as administrator". It simply doesn't response
What happen to the application or windows? how can I fix it

Sometimes a box pops up asking you for permission to run it, and it pops up in the background. Check to make sure there isn't a security box popping up in the background. Check the taskbar, as it won't always show on the desktop.

Also, try right-clicking on the program, and click on Properties. Navigate to the compatibility tab. Check the box that says, "Run this program as an administrator" and see if that helps. You may also want to run the compatibility troubleshooter, also available from this tab, or select a previous OS to make it compatible with.
