Hi! I am on Windows 10 Pro 64 bits and I cannot use my new graphic card at all.

I got an MSI R9 270X and it booted fine with duplicated desktops both my monitors but as soon as I used AMD Catalyst 15.7.1 to install my drivers OR install them manually, both screens turn black and my computer freezes. When I restart it, everything is fine until it is time to display the desktop. It then shows a black screen with thin vertical green lines from top to bottom. So I doubt my graphic card works properly. Or is it a problem with Windows? I am not tech savy. Anyone knows what is going on?

First of all have you tried rolling back to your previous drivers?

1) Right click the start button

2) Device manager, when prompted by UAC click okay.

3) Display adapters

4) Double click the R9 270X

5) Click on the driver tab

6) click roll back driver

7) When prompted click okay and restart.

Let us know how you get on :).
