How can I get back deleted files?

With the latest Windows update on 11/14/15 first thing I noticed is that the driver for my HP printer was deleted. Then I went to pay a bill on-line thru my bank account and noticed all my debtors' information has been deleted and the bank has no record of any of my accounts. WHY?

In the follow-up download there was even a message saying 'all my files were where they should be'. That is a load of crap because my bank has no record of any of the people I pay on a regular basis and am sure I'll eventually learn what else has been lost.

Uhh may be I'm not understanding this correctly but when you say your debtor's information was cleared do you mean the auto-fill options? The new update certainly does preserve files.
