Which model has flashing SMS alert suitable for the Deaf?

As a deaf person I need a Cell solely to send SMS. Need an SMS flashing light alert. Which model would meet my needs?

maybe a glance screen could be another idea, where it can be set to show any notifications (calls, texts) etc on the always on screen so you can see whats come in just by looking at it

plenty of models have that, 920, 1020, 1520, etc etc

No, a flashing light is what is needed here so that SMS conversations can be carried on in more real-time like chat.

There is no Windows Phone with this feature at this time that I am aware of. While the new Windows 10 Mobile has support for Notification Lights, it still needs to be implemented in the hardware by a manufacturer.
