why my lumia 1520 didnt connect to my computer ?

hello my friends
i have lumia 1520 for 2 years and recently i have a problem . when i connect my phone to my pc first my phone charging and then my pc says usb device not recognized and my phone stopped charging . i have last build of windows 10 on my phone and i didn't this is a software problem or hardware ! help me to know this

I also experienced the same thing. It displays "Your device is charging slowly, use the cable that came with your device". Whereas it not happens when i'm on old build (10536)

i tested with more than 5 cables and pcs and my problem didnt solve
