When build 586 came out, my Lumia 1520 did not recognize the update existed and kept saying my phone is up to date. I am on 581 now and had hard reset it prior to 586's release (only to learn reseting was the wrong move on 581).
Now when I try to connect my phone to my PC and the drive does not show up...so I can't recover it with the recovery tool to go back to 8.1 and then to WM10 586. I tried different usb cables, ports and PCs to no avail.
Is it forever stuck on WM10 Build 581?
