Why system busy message is showing on outgoing call ?

I am trying to call outside but last few hours I failed to call as the system busy message is showing. And others also failed to reach me. Pls advise. Thanks

Go onto your carrier's website and check if there are any issues with the masts in your area. If there are none, try a soft reset and check if that helps?
