Hi I've been using my Nokia Lumia 625 for a few months now and when I first got it out was locked to Rogers Canada, bought it because it was cheap. I live in New Zealand and I ordered an unlock code. While I waited for the code I just used WiFi because it was locked, but during this time period it updated via OTA to GDR2. After it was unlocked I updated to windows 10 and I recently rolled back. I can no longer get past 8.1 update 1. I also tried preview for developers but still no update. Can anyone help?

Have you tried re-installing the Rogers SIM to see if it will update over WiFi like it did before?

Does your carrier support Windows phones? It looks like Vodaphone does in NZ.
