Windows Central Question

With MS screwing me over next year. I really need the ability to backup and restore my phone from a FTP site as OneDrive will not be sufficient to store the windows backups without me purchasing a OneDrive Plan from Microsoft.

Hopefully they will provide additional backup solutions besides forcing people to use OnDrive with a subscription.

I am beginning to lose faith in MS and I think a few lawsuits may in the works already about this.

Why would anything change for you? They're not reducing storage space for existing customers, but for new ones. It's those who create a new account, that will only have 5 GB of storage space on OneDrive. Current users have at least 7 GB. And those who created their accounts some time ago - like me for example - still have 25 GB.

?Free OneDrive storage will decrease from 15 GB to 5 GB for all users, current and new. The 15 GB camera roll storage bonus will also be discontinued. These changes will start rolling out in early 2016.

Nope you are wrong
